I have been going to Lizzie at Glanrock Therapies Rehabilitation and Injury Clinics for a good few years. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, neck/shoulder pain and also lower back pain. Lizzie is amazing she does cupping and deep tissue massage on me which helps me soo much especially when I am in a flare-up which Lizzie can also spot during treatment. Without the help of Lizzie, I would struggle to maintain my condition and pain. Every time I have treatment it immediately helps me.
