Candle Care
Trim wick to 5/6mm prior to each lighting
To Prevent fire and serious injury.Burn candle within sight and out of draft areas
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Only burn candles on a level fire resistant surface for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep Candle free of any foreign materials that can be flammable
Do not move candle once lit as can be dangerous , quench it out and let it cool down before moving the candle
When burning the candle for the 1st time Let the top layer of wax liquefy and pool to the edges to avoid tunnelling.
Know when to say goodbye : no one likes to see the end of their favourite fragrance, but once your candle wax is 1cm from the bottom; it's officially finished.
NATURAL VEGETABLE MELTS
Wax Melt & Sizzler Care
Place your wax melt in a wax approved wax warmer/burner and never add water. Please do not use an oil burner.
Place your melt warmer in a stable position away from drafts and flammable objects.
Do not leave your warmer on for extended periods of time ( no longer than 3 hrs at a time).
Keep out of the reach of children and pets
Never leave a burner/warmer unattended. blow tea light out or unplug if warmer/burner is electric before leaving the room.
You can reuse your wax melt or sizzler until the scent has faded.once faded remove wax residue and add a new wax melt of sizzler
Please use only 4hr tea light candles on your burner as 8 hrs candles can overheat the wax and crack the burner too
Do not move burner once lit /plugged in to avoid spillage
DELIVERY
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 4 – 7 working days. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 5 – 10 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. For information regarding order tracking, please get in touch.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns should be posted to us within 7 days of the receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the Address provided before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
